When you connect a workspace, StatusGreen securely captures your existing Slack session and holds an active presence connection from our cloud on the schedule you set. Nothing runs on your computer — you can close it, and your presence stays green during your hours.

Yes. Every day of the week has its own on/off toggle and hours, and you can add a lunch break so you're not shown as active while you're away.

Make sure you're signed in to that Slack workspace in the same browser, then try connecting again. You can also switch to manual entry on the connect screen.
